Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Amplify (Brooklyn, NY) em nov. de 2012
Entrevista
I was cold-called by a recruiting company looking to fill a job at Amplify (then Wireless Generation) and because I was looking started the interview process.
First I was asked to do a coding test. The test was to write code to translate data formats from one format to another. Also with the coding question came hurricane Sandy, so there was an almost two week delay in getting feedback on it, though I certainly don't hold that against them.
The next step was a one hour phone screen consisting of a discussion of my background and included a couple straight forward coding questions on one of those shared coding websites. The interviewer didn't seem all that interested in the process and didn't do a good job of selling the company.
After that, they offered to fly me to NYC and interview on site. That consisted of four rounds of interviews. Three were regular technical interviews and the last one was with one of the directors of engineering in the company. Nothing that was too terribly tricky.
In all honesty, the interviews didn't give me a great feeling about the company. I was looking to move to NYC, they were first to offer me a job, and they gave me some relocation money, so I took the job. I do not regret that decision as it is a good company, they just need to work on their interview process.

I got a systems optimization problem from a director of engineering. That was a somewhat challenging question in a nerve-racking setting because it was a director.

Very laid back and not too difficult. You will sit with about 5 people and have them ask you various technical questions and you will whiteboard for about 30 minutes. They will then show you around if you did well on the interview process. Free snacks and coffee.
