      Had a brief screening call with the HR rep for this role on the Data Integrity team in early March '24. 1st round interview with the hiring manager went wonderfully as it was conversional and easy flowing - I moved quickly to the next round. The 2nd round panel however, was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in an interview. Neither person introduced themselves or explained what they did as part of the team. This interview was MILES different from my experience in the 1st with the hiring manager. They instead launched straight into long and hyper-specific behavioral questions that sounded as if each was generated from ChatGPT. I was prepared and answered each question with a related story but this interview was jarring and unproductive. A week later HR stated that the team was finishing their 2nd round interviews and would get back to everyone if they were moving to the final 3rd round with the VP or not. I was then ghosted. I saw the company list 2 other related roles as part of the same Data Integrity team on 4/10/24 (Product Data Analyst and Data Quality Analyst). I applied to both and got an automatic email on 4/14/24 stating that each of the roles had been filled. The timing is suspicious complied with the fact that both the listings have been completely removed from their site. It's almost as if they didn't exist in the first place...imagine that. These roles are either fake OR the team truly doesn't know what they are looking for. Both scenarios are terrifying and I will be staying far, far away from here on out and recommend others do the same.
