In the initial interview we discussed the role responsibilities and discussed salary expectations. I provided a range, they said that was acceptable. Second interview was more technical but low pressure. They flew me out to see the site in person, where I met with a large group of team members. Questions were manageable and informal. After visit, I received an offer $20,000 under the agreed upon range. After I asked to negotiate, they raised the offer $5,000. Visit was complete waste of time since they were unwilling honor the agreed upon salary range. Operation seemed disjointed and poorly managed.
