A recruiter contacted me on her own initiative, after I said that I was indeed looking for a job at the moment, she scheduled an introductory call for us, of course after 6 days (because as you know they are very busy). In the introductory conversation, in my estimation, my knowledge and technical background, plus the fact that I am very connected to the world of online learning (several years of experience as a teacher), accounted for about 100% of what they were looking for. At the end of the call I was told that I was going to the next stage of a phone call with one of the developers and that would probably be in a few days. After a few days I received an email that the process is not over yet, and my suitability is still being evaluated (!), and after a few days I received the generic email that they decided to continue with other candidates. A classic case of a secretary screening technical candidates. Don't go near this company.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Amplio (Rockville, MD) em mar. de 2021

It was awful. The COO was barely understandable., would not make eye contact and blew off all the questions I asked of him.
Worst part though was to get ghosted by their "HR" Team. Not one person could take 2 minutes out of their day to send a good candidate a no thanks. Pretty pathetic and why would anyone want to work for such a classless company?
Interview with a clinical lead. She asked very typical questions for an SLP interview about experience with different settings, telepractice etc. Process was very quick from submitting my resume to getting an offer. I had no tele practice experience and got an offer.

Do you have experience providing teletherapy (they call it "digital" therapy).
