Interview process was reasonable. Interviewers were cordial and respectful asked the right questions. It was a pair programming interview. The feeling I got was that because I didn’t program in the patterns/architecture they currently program, I was seen as inexperienced, which is disappointing. I did not receive any feedback whatsoever after the interview, despite reaching out twice via email and asking for the feedback. Not even so much as a response to say that I did not meet their standards nor even so much as something to simply say I would not be progressing for any generic reason. It feels almost like my time was wasted and taken for granted. Very disappointed with the way this was handled.
