Had a screening call and then an on-site. I was told that they wanted me back again on-site a week later to talk with CEO and EVP. I try to follow-up via email and direct message, they delay for a week. Then at the end of this additional week, I am told they offered the role to someone else. Interviews themselves were fine but please do not lead candidates on.

Interview was very straightforward and to the point, it felt more like a conversation instead of an interview where you can feel like someone pulled questions from the internet to ask the candidate.
