The Amsive interview process was unnecessarily long of 2-3 interviews and a total process of about 2 months. The recruiter would email me at extremely late hours like 8 or 9pm and sometimes on Sundays, which indicates to me that this company has an unhealthy work culture. No offer at the end of the LONG process. I would definitely recommend avoiding.

Everything was pretty straightforward but I was pretty confused when I got an email from the recruiter saying they were canceling my scheduled interview because there were errors in the table of the assessment. I triple checked my work - checking my formulas against the data they did provide and found no errors. I asked for feedback to see what errors there were and didn’t receive anything back. Pretty rude to ask someone to spend time on a weekend to do an assessment then deny them the opportunity to walk the team through their thought process. Especially for an entry level position. This is why people are hesitant to do assessments and free work.
