Entrevista
Take with a grain of salt- this was at the start of my interview season and I was still getting the gears rolling. Something seemed off about this firm. One of the partners opened up with "so you want to work at one of the best IP firms in NYC?" and I was a little taken aback- I had a puzzled look because I clearly did not think that this firm was close to "best IP firm."
None of the questions evaluated my character nor did they really care about helping me understand expectations, firm culture, or whether they invested in their employees.
Most of the questions kind of got indirectly to "are you sure you're going to be happy here? We will work you to the bone. For a pretty subpar salary too." They never got back to me, but I wasn't too sad about it.

You will be interviewed by 4-5 very old men. You are very unlikely to meet with any new or younger associates. Those who you do meet with you likely won't work with on a regular basis. So the whole process here makes no sense - ordinarily, the person who needs the assistance (the partner with the most work) would do the interviewing.

What did you think of the Supreme Court's decision in XYZ (the decision was rendered the same day while i was in the process of interviewing).

Something is off with this firm. The partners are all extremely old and the offices look like they are out of the 1970s. Interviewing with a bunch of crotchety old men was not fun -- and neither was getting quizzed Section 102.
