It was a mutli-step process that incldued a final presentation to walk through the product process for a new product idea that was given as a prompt to each candidate
Smooth and professional. Multiple step process, each person was relevant to the position. Great conversations and feedback. Things went as scheduled and were as expected. I found all of that to be refreshing compared to other interviews I was going through at the time.

Describe a time where you had to make a choice that was best for the company but a change in direction from previous plans.
This was pre-covid, but it was multiple calls and two in-person full day interviews, with the second one including an MVP proposal. Understandable for a PM position, but it was very time consuming especially for those who have a full time job at the time of application.
