I had 2 positive phone interviews, first with middle-level management and second with RnD team, I was told that my experience is very interesting, it can be helpful to them, but they seem to be unsure how to proceed further, clearly waiting for somebody's opinion. Then the situation started to deteriorate. I subsequent exchange of emails, I learned that 1) they cannot locate the manager who makes decisions, 2) they are busy with the end of the year and face-to-face will be postponed, but I am 'very much considered', and when I inquired again after 40 days, 3) my qualifications are not fit for the role and they are not interested. I think that at Analog, as the saying goes, the left hand does not know what the right hand does, in other words, the management is clueless about their own hiring agenda or too lazy to actually do their job.
