It was a very laidback process. The first round was a telephonic interview with behavioral questions. The second round was an in person interview at the Boston office with 4 employees, all behavioral questions.

First, it started with self-introduction and a why AG question, and then it was all about my resume. There are no other behavioral questions. AG attaches importance to data analysis skills, so they tend to ask very detailed follow-up question when you describe your research/data analysis projects.

Entrevista
It was a pretty long interview day, consisting of five 30-min interviews. Most of the questions were behavioural, the interviewers were friendly. Two interviews asked more about my experience with data analysis and technical skills as well as approach to writing reports.
