The negative reviews paint the best picture. The “tool” they use is based in Excel with “plan on working at least 70 hours when the project goes south” and an average work/ balance at about 50 hours a week. I was also told that I would probably not understand what I am doing for 18 months during the interview.

The interview process for the entry-level role was relatively relaxed. The process had three stages: an initial screening call with HR, followed by 2 rounds of online interviews with the team from the relevant office. Everyone was very friendly and the questions were pretty generic. No aptitude tests were required.

I applied for the role on their career site for the Sydney office. After the resume screening, I received an invitation for phone interview. After the phone interview, I had a hiring managers panel interview.
