Interview was with upper management, did mot meet with the manager of the department I would be working with until the first day of work. Which was very odd. They gave me a sheet of paper with a list of questions, which I liked. Allowing me time to think about my responses. However, the interview was very rushed & the owner was incredibly rude. He literally fell asleep half way through. They said "I've seen enough" & walked out without another word.

Very rushed. I came in with my completed application, met some of the department managers. They gave me a list of interview questions and told to go down the list and answer them. When asked, i said i could start immediately. Guess they took that very literally. After that, they gave me a tour of the lab. Then suddenly I was whisked into HR for new hire paperwork! I did the drug test that afternoon, and started work the next day.
