The second half of the 2nd round interview was cultural/behavioral, I have to acknowledge that the interviewer, Praveena was a real professional. She knew her jobs. She was so friendly, and I felt that I had a real conversation but not an interview. All questions were raised throughout our conversation. She did not read listed questions out loud, instead, she asked me questions during our regular conversation. Below are the questions which I still remember: 1) Tell me about the time when you took initiative role without having a clear idea about its implementation 2) Tell me about the time how you dealt with conflict when you were confident that you are right 3) Tell me about your methodology of convincing your team members when you are 100% sure that you are right 4) If we ask your friends about you, what can be their three words about you? 5) Can you please summarize yourself with three words? In a nutshell, I felt positive and warm interview environment with Anaplan.
