Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Anaplan (San Francisco, CA) em out. de 2019
Entrevista
Anaplan has been one of the most wonderful experiences I have had. Right from the get-go, when I spoke to the recruiter(Tracy Hoel) for the first time. A lot of recruiters will tell you that they want to set you up for success but Tracy actually means it and so does the Anaplan team. She was specifically interested in what I am looking for in the next opportunity and also how closely I align with Anaplan’s core values, culture and what the team is looking for.
After the initial call with Tracy, the feedback and your resume is forwarded to the hiring manager. If the hiring manager likes your experience and thinks its a match, you need to go through a telephonic phone screen. For me, this was another sweet experience as the person interviewing me was a veteran and knew the tech inside out. He asked me only frontend specific questions (theory & coding).
For onsite, I met with the whole team and a product manager. They were all super nice making sure they set the expectations correctly. There were 2 technical rounds, 1 hiring manager and 1 round with the product manager. The questions again revolved solely around frontend, pair programming and what I will be doing at the job on a day to day basis plus making sure I was a good culture and team match.
They reached out to me pretty soon after the onsite and extended a very good offer. Tracy and everyone has been super helpful even after extending the offer and I am beyond excited to be joining Anaplan soon.

After I applied, Tracy (recruiter) reached out to me and send me the questionnaire in which I have to answer few questions related to my experience. Then within next two days Tracy and I had 15 minutes conversation in which discussed about the position, interview process, team expectations and what Anaplan does.
After that I have two online coding rounds of one hour each with two senior engineers of a team. Questions are based HTML and vanilla javascript. Interviewers are really helpful as they are helping me out when I dont recall any syntax.
After clearning those two rounds Tracy quickly reverted back and invited me for an onsite interview.
There were all total four rounds onsite
Round 1 :Design in large on whiteboard (90 min)
In this I was interviewed with two senior engineers of a team. Questions are based on HTML, CSS and Javascript. Interviewers are really helpful and guided me to solve a problem.
Round 2: Product Demo (45 min)
In this round interviewer gave me a demo of Anaplan software and asked me questions based on that. He is interested in knowing my thoughts on the product.
Round 3: Design in small (45min)
In this round interviewers asked me questions based on UI architecture. This round was based on React . They are interested in knowing how would I design the UI in a React way after showing a one to me.
Round 4: Cultural Fit (45mins)
In this round interviewer asked me questions based on my previous experiences and how do I handle some work based scenarios.
Next business day Tracy reached out to me and gave me an offer. Tracy was really helpful during the whole process and so far best recruiter I have ever met in my career.
