The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening that focused on skills relevant to the role. Once cleared, candidates receive a case study (building a data model to solve a problem statement). The final round consists of two interviews. First is a technical interview (45 mins), in which the candidate presents the case to the interviewer. Next is a cultural interview (45 min), which is a set a behavioral questions around Anaplan's core values. Overall the process is very streamlined. All of the people I interacted with were warm, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately Anaplan had to cancel their internship plans due to COVID-19, but I had a very positive experience.
