Initial interview with HR, then the hiring manager, then a few people on the team. Learned about the needs of the role and how it fits into the company as a whole. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. The entire process went very smoothly and they had great communication throughout

How do you handle a situation where you have differing opinions on how to interpret a problem/solution
Things were going well until communication just stopped. They asked me to send over responses to a few questions, which I did, but I never heard back. A bit surprising, especially since I was referred for the role. It doesn’t reflect well on their recruiting team. Sending a quick follow-up isn’t hard.

Excellent experience from start to finish, Mark and Mandy’s engagement and support through the process was outstanding. The interview panel were amazing. Really open and two way conversations with everyone.

Experience within the sector examples, drilling into customer support and how to achieve results leading a global organisation
Everything was going fine till the recruiter decided to go silent. Please have the decency to at least inform your candidates whether they are proceeding to the next steps or not.
