The interview process was steamlined efficient and fast, The first interview with Mark Wilkins was really nice , it give me confidence to follow the process till the end and he help me managed the following steps.

3-4 stage process - recruiter, technical interview, VP Region, VP Function - the whole process was fairly simple in terms of scheduling and process, each interviewer has their own queries and it's good to research about the company, what they work in and with, and their USP. The main recruitment contact (Mark Wilkins in my case) was easily accessible and helped organise and fed back quite quickly. The only challenge in acceptance of the role is the outsourced HR/background check agency used - they will very quickly contact your references and will not be subtle in why they are calling so make sure you have it all planned out with your current work place else expect surprises and/or discussion at your current role and colleagues, as was the case for me! A better process would be the internal HR to manage this as they much more open and aware.
