I was contacted by an agency and it sounded interesting. So they set up an initial call that was with a Senior manger. The call went well and the person interviewing was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I then did a face to face with the team lead in Cheltenham and had 30 minutes with one of the Directors. I spoke with a number of people already doing the role well visiting the company in Cheltenham and it was this that made we want to take there offer. The experience in there tech centre, and quality of there java developers, was the best i have ever seen. i knew i could grow here and use the skills i have to do something interesting.
