I had a short phone call with the hiring manager to talk about my background and what I was interested in doing. She was friendly and casual, but professional. She let me know that a coordinator would reach out to me to schedule an onsite interview. I received an email from the coordinator the next day. My onsite was about 4 hours long and included lunch in the cafeteria at the office. I met with several people from HR, Recruiting, and the business. Everyone was on time, friendly, and very open to answering any questions I had.
