Chaotic and unprofessional. Changed salary band mid recruitment process. I was asked to do a huge task for round 3 which I spent a lot of time on and then was ghosted after the interview . No reply for weeks. When I chased a few weeks later I was told they had decided not to hire for the team anymore. Either farming free ideas from people or on totally chaos. Either way red flags.

They asked very standard questions about the role. Nothing too unusual.
I applied for the Head of Marketing role at Ancient + Brave in May 2024 via a recruiter and had a very similar experience to another review on here. The process started with a lot of enthusiasm about the role and my background,
After that, communication stopped entirely. Months later, I was contacted again for what appeared to be the same role, with no acknowledgment of the earlier process. While I understand recruitment can take different turns, the lack of follow-through and clarity was disappointing.

They chase you up for weeks, trying to explain how amazing their company is, and that this is the opportunity you can't miss. During the interview they seem extremely satisfied with your answers and your experience, at the end you receive an invitation to their office, to meet the team, "they only need to find the best time and let you know"..... The end, nobody calls you or emails you after this.
3 months later they contact you again, with a "fantastic opportunity" and try to invite you for an interview..... for the same role, the same everything....Looks like someone erased their memory. Of course, I had to decline :)
Conclusion: it doesn't look like this company wants to hire anyone, they just received an investment, so playing with it, pretending they have roles, they need to expand etc. Maybe just to show the investor that they are "working on it", creating fake interviews and contacting people.
Be honest and stop wasting other people's time!
