Entrevista
Was pretty straight forward. Made it to the 3 stage which was probably the semi-final. The first stage was about understanding Andela, the next two stages were more technical. The interviewers were all pleasant.
Easy, but they are not ready to hire candidates from India. So only asked about KPI’s Better they make it clear , instead of creating global hire is big lie. I am perfectly fit for their requirements.

Entrevista
All the interviewers were great, helpful and professional. They were kind and prepared to answer any of my questions. I would recommend working for this company, you can see the culture and values of the company are great.
