applied trough the job website of my university, after a few days they send me an email. The interview was 45 min long with 2 recruiters, lots of questions related to my personality and my work experience

It was a phone interview. I applied on line in LinkedIn, and got the email to firm the phone interview within 3 days. The interview was last 20 minutes.
