Entrevista
One of the worst interviews I've ever had. First two rounds were with assistants, which were perfectly pleasant; however the third round felt like frat hazing. They scheduled myself and a half dozen other candidates for the same time, where we met with Liza, who mean mugged me the entire time, never gave a response more than 3 or 4 words to any of my questions, and laughed at my parent's occupations. Will repeatedly ask you how you spend your weekends, not to learn about your personality but to weed out people who take a second job to make ends meet. Don't wear nice pants to the interview, as the office dogs will crawl on you and chewed up my ankle cuffs. My heart goes out to the assistants who work here.

I met with the owner of the company and she was very professional, business like and straightforward. She wanted to know all about my past work experience. I liked talking to her. I could tell she was busy but spent time getting to know me.
The office space is very cool... there are movie posters everywhere and it’s super dog friendly. Great location too, on Melrose.

Everyone was super polite when I came in and a cute dog was wandering in the lobby. There were alot of other people waiting to be interviewed so it was a little scary at first but i really liked the office space. It was really eclectic and i felt right at home immediately. I had to wait for about 15 minutes and then two people brought me into this big office that has a ping pong table and cool fun stuff everywhere. I was interviewed in a big conference room with art on the walls. Just asked about my experience but the owner of the company said she was more interested in getting to know me and my personality than my work experience. I felt really at ease once she said that. She was really pretty and and a total girlboss. I liked that because I read about her online (the woman who called me to set up the interview told me to do my research), and it was cool to then meet her. We talked about where I was from, what I liked to do on the weekends, about my family. The owner whose name is Liza told me that this job was for someone who is looking for a "career" and not just a job which I thought was great. The interview didn't last as long as I thought it would but the owner told me she would call me to bring me back for another interview. I was super happy. It was an overall great experience and I am happy i did it.
