The interview process had multiple rounds, With not much indication of forward momentum. It was not made clear what some of the support would be for writing one's own estimates would look like and how one could best achieve accurate results.

Initial phone interview took a week to happen. Had to do a video interview where u get asked questions and you answer on video alone. Then another week for an in person interview, No diversity at all in the office. Saw ALL white males and one redhaired woman way in the back. They were all friendly. Was leaving and Will had to run up to tell me id get a call that day. Never heard a word so had to email the recruiter a day later who told me i wasnt chosen. Im a black female. I noticed they had the same 2 jobs posted 3 days later.
