I had submitted a resume after I saw the advertizement on craigslist. Then I received a call from the store manager, asking for me to come in for an interview. I was interviewed for an hour afterwards I was asked to come on board the team. After I was hired I submitted an application. No drug test or background check of any kind was asked of me. I could have started work the next day but has previous commitment that kept me from doing so. It was a laid back atmosphere and easy going manager.
