Great, very transparent. Went through three interviews, Didn't get an offer, told me to circle back in a couple years with a little bit more experience. But all three itnerviews were great vibes, every interviewer was great. Seems to be a good culture over there

Very unprofessional. First was a phone screening- 20 mins very basic. Next was supposed to be a 2 hour interview split into 2 different parts panel style. So it was 1-1 hour interview with 2 people and a second hour long interview with a different set of 2 people (in the same day back to back). I went to the first interview, and they did not let me finish asking the questions I had at the end, I was only able to ask one... which is not how any of my other interviews have been. They seemed very rushed and uninterested at the end and they ended the interview 15 minutes early without reason or letting me ask more than one question. Also, never got to the second section of the same interview I was supposed to have with the other 2 people after the first because "one of the interviewers was unable to make it" so they reached out to reschedule that one. I responded to reschedule and never heard back until I got a rejection email. Never gave me the chance to finish the interview I was supposed to have that got cancelled on their part that was supposed to rescheduled which I feel is very unprofessional and did not provide any feedback really as to why I was not able to reschedule and just got rejected.
