Very unique culture interview to wash out those who do not fit. Good way to assure culture continuity throughout. Process works well once you are through that it's on to the next step with leadership.

How do I think I can help the business get better?
3 interviews, 2 weeks long, panel type. Not many technical questions asked. It was organized and straightforward with a lot of communication from the hiring manager. Was given the option to work the company via a phone call and provided an acceptance letter the following week.
Interviewer kicked off the interview by first asking salary requirements. Seemed rather abrupt and didn't set a good tone for the conversation. When asked to better understand the needs for the position before having salary conversation, the interviewer said they didn't want to waste my time or theirs.
