If you pass this , you will be invited to an interview. It is mainly just checking documents and filling out forms. There are no formal interview questions. The person doing the interview is not from Angard but Reed. After this it is just a CRB check. Once you passed the security check, you sign the contact and post it to them and start work.

The candidate applies through Angard Staffing website, they ask for generalities and national insurance number. Then they will need copies of identity document and residence history in the previous five years. You will have to bring them at an assessment day at a Royal Mail site where there will be additional red tape to fill in.
