--Prefer to ignore the interviews with the firm-- You should also read some other reviews on how bad their interviewers are. Specially at Hiring manager round. Interview Scheduling was smooth. HR was helpful in sharing the insights of round. Round 1: Basic Javascript questions + Problem solving in Js (Average level) Round 2: Basic Javascript questions + Problem solving in Js (Average level) I have no Idea whats the logic of having same kind of question in both the interview. But at least both the interviewers were decent enough to listen through, making the interview interactive. Round 3 [Hiring Manager round - taken by VP]: It's so funny that the HM again had javascript questions and web based interview questions. Even though the HR mentioned that the Hiring manager round would be mostly behavioural and some of it would be technical. But the person had zero questions on behavioural/people skills, in fact didn't even cared on what was in my resume what tech stack I worked upon. This person was least interested in taking interview. Had to ask him explanation of questions which he was not sharing properly. Needed no understanding what you are doing, gave question and leave away and come back ask to run, and doesn't need to know the logic or reasoning. And out 3 questions I was unable to solve 1 bit of a question and that was the deciding factor for him. [HR mentioned this as reason] He asked a question when I asked him to explained more repeated the same lines again, TWICE and gave feedback to HR that candidate was not able to understand the problem. Post these he asked 3-4 web based questions. DON'T WASTE TIME in giving interviews here, as the process sucks, 1 question you are not able to solve completely, all rounds make zero sense to them and you are rejected.
