Long-lasting and exhausting, which was structured as follows: 1) Invitation to hear back from you by submitting 2 5 min videos 1 in Greek & 1 in English. 2) Initial evaluation from trainee HR assistant filling a preliminary questionnaire based on a discussion 2) Interview with HR officer handling the vacancy 3) Mathematical, Logical & English written quiz 4) Interview with HR Manager 5) Interview with the Director of the Department

It was a process divided in different stages, which could enable the interviewer assess the candidate holistically. The interview process consisted of a get-to-know-you part, including questions related to my CV, conducted in my native language, which made me feel comfortable. The next part included experience - based interview questions i.e. a time that I had to make a difficult decision and what resulted and the last part was concentrated in my motives and desires regarding the position offered.
