Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn then requested a phone interview. Super easy and quick then was asked to come in for an in person interview. I was interviewed by the recruiter (who gave me all of the answers to the questions to the next round) and then another higher up came in and asked those questions. Overall extremely easy interview. Although I asked the turnover rate during the interview and the higher up told me that 90% of my sales training class would still be working here in a year.....only 3 people of 30 are still currently working here from August.

Easy process. Done through zoom and over the phone. Was able to speak directly with the manager I would be working under, and found out later that day I would be hired.

Entrevista
A three step Interview process. Two phone calls and then a video call with sales manager. Process occurred over several week period to coordinate schedules. Clear movement every step of the way.
The process was a series of interviews ranging from recruiter to manager. The final interview included a sales situational roleplay. The interviewers were knowledgeable, responsive to questions, and engaging. Communication about upcoming interviews and next steps was very thorough and efficient.
