Initial phone screen was nothing more than making sure you could communicate to another human being, no interview questions were really asked, more of a getting to know you conversation. Then typing test to make sure you could use a computer. After that, it was an interview with a few of the current supervisors of the department you are interviewing for. They have the "standard" interview questions written out on a piece of paper and they go in a circle each one asking you a question until they feel like you have either passed or failed.

They were mostly situational questions....tell me about a situation where XYZ happened. Strengths, weaknesses, career goals.....the usual. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I applied online, completed a sales assessment, and was then selected for an in-person interview. This was pretty varied. My interview was a grueling 2.5 hours long, where I had heard of many others were hired after 30-45 minutes. It definitely helps to have an employee referral. My interview was on a Tuesday, I had my offer by Friday, and began training within a week. The company was growing extremely quickly at this point, and I was impressed with how quickly the process moved.

First a phone 10 minute phone interview to prove I can handle myself on the phone, then an in-person interview. They offered to do it via Skype because I lived out of state but I selected to drive down to Indianapolis.
In person interview was very easy. Standard questions were literally read off of a form. Less than 30 minutes.
HR then took 4 weeks to confirm a start date and notified me less than a week before I was to start.

I applied because a friend referred me. A recruiter called, asked some questions, and had me come in for a face to face interview with a manager. The interview process seemed hectic on their end as there were several managers in one room interviewing candidates. They told me when they held training classes. I advised them that in order to make that class I had to know if I got the offer that day so I could provide a two week notice to my employer. Sure enough, maybe three hours after leaving, I received the offer.
