The interview itself was easy but after interviewing with 3 different people and taking a test, I was left extremely discouraged after receiving the rejection email. The only issue on my end was that I was left answering emails anywhere from 6-10PM from the recruiter and had to take a test during this time. This included something I did not have experience in, which I initially told the recruiter. It seemed this was done to weed me out. As for the second interview with the managers, it was a bit odd that they both didn't know they were supposed to interview with me together, and they spent some time going back and forth between them instead of focusing on the interview. I sensed that I was not a "cultural fit" as they say. They gave the usual behavioral questions and I had a feeling that I didn't answer one of the questions to their liking. I have years of experience with this type of position, but I guess since I don't revolve my life around my work then I wasn't a good fit.
