I applied via UC Berkeley. The first round was a few tests sent online, then the first round case interview, then I had a behavioral interview which I did not make it past.
It was hard. There were 3 rounds with several interviews. Panel at end. Great people and company. Loved it. Trying to fill 30 word limit with more things on interview process

Long and drawn out process. Tough final interviews in business simulation. It is difficult to gauge the exact type of person they are looking for and certainly varies class to class. The people that get an offer are exceptionally bright and likely from target schools only.
