I made it to the business simulation round which is where you fly out to St. Louis for an all day interview assessment. This part was definitely the most challenging part in the whole process.

an online pymetric test followed by 2 group discussions . It was an on campus internship opportunity. The first GD had about 9 folks and the topic asked was pretty easy are women better managers , but the GD only lasted 7 minutes

Entrevista
Online Psychometric testings, if you pass those you are invited onto a video interview. The video interview was a case study where you have half an hour to prepare a pitch for a new product. I was told I passed the video interview and was invited to an assessment centre, however after two months of emailing and asking I still had no response. Very frustrating and humiliating interview process, would not recommend it if you have any self dignity.
