As a result it's hard to get a feel of the company culture in an early stage. The first rounds are automated and outsourced. Case was very impersonal (every answer was great, interviewer only recorded answers and read out extremely long questions from the screen) as it was not done by ABI. Assessment day was good to experience, although not too tough. Be yourself and know the industry. Very little feedback was shared, although many observers were evaluation the candidates' performances throughout the entire day. You would think they already want candidates to learn from their assessment day, one way could be to provide them with in depth information on their strengths and weaknesses. Again, communication was outsourced hence they were only informed about the final outcome. Panel interview was interesting with other candidates. I felt not sufficiently informed about the company, it's culture and career opportunities. Global organization with local focus, so little opportunity to work internationally as a graduate.
