They send you a few tests via email to complete, and then invite you to a business case on campus. I was incredibly disappointed by the lack of respect for students interviewing. There was a complete disregard for my time and communication was abysmal. I was emailed multiple times throughout the beginning of the process and I quickly replied with the necessary information. However, after the business case, I did not receive any sort of communication on whether or not I would move on in the process. It would take 15 minutes to prepare a mass "You did not move on" email. Instead, I had to anxiously wait for an email that would never arrive. I even attempted to email the recruiter with whom I had been communicating, but still did not receive a reply. I would not recommend to any of my friends to go through the recruitment process with Anheuser-Busch. They send out a survey post interview asking about how they did. The fact that there was only one question on this survey that allowed me to submit any kind of relevant feedback about the recruitment process from the STUDENT'S side was appalling!

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.
