Final panel interview was with 4 other candidates and 5 senior managers including the european zone president Stuart Macfarlane. He was incredibly rude and I felt as they had our performance up to that point the interview was just a formality and the decision of who was given an offer had already been made. Anyone who had done an internship walked straight through while others, like myself were grilled.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
