Hiring process now is probably a bit different then from when I was hired. There is a basic skills test of rudimentary math and reading, followed by a three tiered interview process with varying levels of management from different areas of the plant, production/group management, human resource management, and plant management.

The interview process is fairly long, complex, and hard, but it will be worth it in the end; that is if you get in.
