I applied online and made it to the third stage which was the online interview.
The first is the online application and I submitted my resume. The second one was a set of online games such as face recognition and so on. I made it to the online interview but failed at this stage.

an online pymetric test followed by 2 group discussions . It was an on campus internship opportunity. The first GD had about 9 folks and the topic asked was pretty easy are women better managers , but the GD only lasted 7 minutes

Entrevista
Online Psychometric testings, if you pass those you are invited onto a video interview. The video interview was a case study where you have half an hour to prepare a pitch for a new product. I was told I passed the video interview and was invited to an assessment centre, however after two months of emailing and asking I still had no response. Very frustrating and humiliating interview process, would not recommend it if you have any self dignity.
