Interviewing started with an on-line test (basic math). next you have to interview with the HR department. They will just go over your resume and ask question. Next you will interview with management. Next interview will be with specific job ( electrician, mechanical ...) Tap role play is next

Hire in process very long drawn out and inflexible. Usually short notice to appear for next stage of interview process. Very long process also, from first contact to job offer was at least 4 months.

A lot of "tell me about a time when this happened" questions. The hardest question I thought was "tell me of a time when you received negative criticism". If you are a good BS'er you should do well.
