Entrevista
At first there were 3 online tests to do (cultural fit, situational test, logical reasoning test). The cultural fit test as well as the situational test were to rank reactions to specific situations. The logical reasoning test was just applying common sense on a situation described. The phone interview was pretty straightforward. After a short introduction of the recruiter, some questions were asked. The whole interview was over after 7 minutes. Just prepare the questions mentioned on here and you should be fine. Interview was today, awaiting their feedback now.

(4) How can you help the company deal with challenges facing them? What skills do you have that would allow you to tackle these challenges?

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
