Recruiter reached out over linkedin - recruiter call - online questions and personality test - 30 min call with the team and recruiter, asking about motivation, something you were proud of, something you failed at and what you learned etc.

Entrevista
First they reach you by phone; no questions on the role basically, only questions on their brands, if you now their business and their principles; feeling is that they have a list of questions and they just have to tick the box. Then there is the second interview. Felt uncomfortable during the whole interview, they ask you everything (including your current salary) but they refuse to give you information on salary and contractual framework of the role. Note that they request 100% presence in the office. No feedback after the interview. Negative impression, I did not receive any offer but if I had I would never have accepted it.
