The interview was so simple , 1st round is like aptitude , verbs and basic computer question . 2nd round was technical interview technical discussions and coding sections. 3rd round is HR director round . i was selected.

Interview call from HR mentioning about a screening test in JavaScript conducted in hacker rank. It had 4 McQ and 2 basic tasks. Was able to solve it in time and still got rejected without being asked about my approach. To be frank it neither tested any of my react skill nor JavaScript skill Also with the world where JavaScript is in , the questions were not even close to testing any of that. McQ questions were mostly related to things which we don't use / Google out to solve it. (Even great developers don't remember xmlhttprequest cycle which was in your question list).
A simple advice to the company would be to change the interview process. Bring on face to face discussions + allow candidates to use their development environment. Bring in better react or JavaScript problems. If you are testing whether we use Google to solve problems and reject if we do so then please try to change that. Developers cannot remember every single thing. What they should be good at is at problem solving and their knowledge on the ecosystem. Your current 1st round is way too small to judge someone.
