Entrevista
The company have a great product but the atmosphere is palpably that of a Christmas carol (aka toxic). People leave the coffee area (without their coffee) when the line manager walked in. The management seemed to have an elitist standpoint, sadly stereotypical of a Oxford spin out, and the managers looked exhausted, so i doubt this is a pleasant work life balance. I am always extremely anxious of small companies who seem to have multiple managers basically doing the same job. Although i didn't get an offer, i would have declined if i had.

Diameter of the wheels required for a 180Kg drone. Explain your reasoning. Would they be able to handle this type of terrain. Would they get out of pot holes the same depth without assistance.

Entrevista
HR screens your CV and then you get an initial basic 'fit' interview. This is followed by a 48hr technical test in which you can prepare your solutions. There is a follow-up interview to then discuss your solutions in more detail.
The HR person was really unprofessional and started asking about my current salary / expectations in front of the people that were interviewing me. I really feel this sort of stuff should be confidential... I also think they were really freaked out by how much money I'm currently making.
The 'leads' that were interviewing me also gave me a really bad vibe as the type of people who had been with the company since the beginning and couldn't tolerate potential competition or genuine experience coming from someone who might have been more capable than they were. I suspect they were just looking for somebody to get on with the job and do whatever they were telling him/her, whilst minimising the amount of pay they were dishing out. Avoid people like this. They did reveal that any of their products are a million miles away from getting certified anytime soon... Not great either.
Finally, no feedback was given. This shows the company doesn't really care about the applicant experience.
Shame... the startup's outlook seemed positive from the outside, but the whole process raised several alarm bells.

Entrevista
2 online interviews, and a mini-project to solve offline. The first interview was a general discussion akin to an early screening, and confirming a basic match. The second interview focused on presenting my solution to the offline mini-project, and talking a bit more specifics of the first project technologies.
