Will have few artist come to interview you. The process will take long to interview any new artist. If you are applied in as an animator position, you will be interviewed by animator department. If you are applied in as a modeler position, the interviewer will be modeler team. VFX will be interviewed by VFX team. Pros Sometimes we as junior artist have chance to interview our senior or even future supervisor. We have a lot of question regarding about the project. How they can handle or manage the project. ===> Good for team, understand more about their future senior, or supervisor. Cons Will take 1-2 hours or more to finish the interview.
