Entrevista
I was invited to an interview less than a month after I emailed my application. Held over a virtual meet, I was asked to elaborate more about relevant experiences in detail, how long I've been reading ANN, and if I were familiar with all the columns on the site. A test was given afterwards to test our proofreading and copyediting abilities. Received an offer less than a week after the test and interview completed. It was overall a very structured and pleasant interviewing process.

The interviewer reached out to schedule an interview via email, but they forgot about our meeting the day of and rescheduled for later in the day. They mentioned they would follow up the following week, but despite my follow-up email thanking them for their time and asking if they wished to proceed, I did not receive any further response.
