I applied after seeing an ad for the position on Facebook. The company responded a week later, with an invitation for a physical interview (this was pre-Covid times). Surprisingly, they asked me to do an impromptu animation test, so I did. After successful 1st round of interview, I was called in again for a 2nd animation test. The whole process took about 3.5 weeks.
