Beware exploding offers! I was given an offer with a 3 day window to decide, which is completely unreasonable. When I asked for two weeks, I was grilled about my other offers, and the Animoto offer was revoked. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I was strongly considering taking the offer (despite being significantly below market) because I enjoyed the people and the culture, but now I feel grateful that I dodged a bullet in my career.
